Hi, I'm Bunmi, a BACP accredited integrative, relational, and developmental psychotherapist with a BSc (Hons). I work to help you understand how your past has shaped the way you are today. My approach is based on the belief that you are the best person to understand your own life and experiences. Together, we can explore these and work towards equipping you with the tools to cope better with life's challenges.

As a Counsellor, I believe that we all have an innate tendency towards health and wellness. Every so often, life events and situations can get in the way of accessing our inner resources to achieve growth and healing. Psychotherapy can be a valuable tool to firmly place you back on the path to living a full life when you're faced with major or recurring life stressors. If you feel overwhelmed, seeking additional support is a natural and positive step in taking care of yourself.
As a relational therapist, I believe that the bond we build in our sessions is a vital part of the healing process. This safe, non-judgmental space acts as a "testing ground" where we can explore how you relate to others. By understanding these patterns, we can work together to help you build more authentic, secure, and fulfilling relationships in your everyday life.
My developmental perspective means we don’t just look at your symptoms; we look at their origins. We explore how your early life experiences and stages of growth have shaped the person you are today. Understanding "how you became you" provides the clarity needed to untangle old habits and gives you the freedom to choose a new path forward.
I work from the belief that everyone has an innate tendency toward health and wellness. My integrative approach allows me to blend different therapeutic techniques to meet your specific needs. Rather than just "fixing" what is broken, we focus on clearing the obstacles that prevent you from accessing your own inner resources and natural resilience.
Life’s stressors can sometimes become overwhelming, making it difficult to navigate daily challenges alone. Whether you are struggling with a specific crisis or a recurring feeling that something is "off," I offer a supportive space to help you gain insight and find your way back to emotional well-being.
